Sadly, as no doubt some of you will be aware, there are some
rather unpleasant accusations being published on the web levelled
at SISRC Limited.
While we have no intention of entering in
to a public 'slanging match' we feel it is only right that we
issue a statement on our own behalf.
For those of you that are interested in
the technology, please rest assured that every effort is being
made to continue the work. Indeed, our attempts to complete this
work seem to have brought about the current state of events
initiated by other parties.
As regards SISRC Limited, the company is
very much in existence. For those of you that require confirmation
of this fact, Companies House here in the United Kingdom have
kindly given us a number for you to ring - 0044 0870 3333636 and
they will confirm the fact that the company has never been shut
down.
Regarding claims that the company was
closed down in 2001, you might find the following extract from
company law of interest -
Under British Companies
Legislation 2000, no duly elected company director or shareholder
can be sacked, nor any court action be constituted against a board
of directors, or shareholder’s board decision made by a vote, by
a director or shareholder. Nor can such a director or shareholder
close down a limited company, unless action is brought by he or
she who holds a minimum of 17% of the total shares in that
company.
One of our directors did indeed resign in
June 2003 as will be confirmed by Companies House. We have
now retained the services of Peter Searl and are delighted to
announce that we are pursuing new lines of research with
other interested parties and are very optimistic of
the outcome.
Thank you for your time in reading this.
Once again, please be assured that we have the interests of our
investors at heart and are continuing to pursue the development of
the technology with renewed vigour.

MAJOR REVISION -
